I chose songs in a few different ways depending on the sort of performance. If it’s a jazz club, it’ll be a mix of jazz and bossa tunes that are joyously in my mind at the moment (my favourites today are ‘My Heart Stood Still’ and ‘Brigas Nunca Mais’)

If you’ve booked me for some background music you can either leave it to me and the band to choose some lovely songs for you, or have a look through my list and let me know some of your favourites to guide us in our choices. We try to choose songs that will nicely fit the mood of the occasion and setting, but I always include well loved ones such as Fly Me To The Moon, Summertime, The Girl From Ipanema, Sway, Wonderful World… So many lovely songs to choose from!
